My mantra for 2022: Slow down, you move too fast.

I'm not much for resolutions, mostly because I can never keep them. But this year, I have a focus to appreciate what each day has to offer.

If there's anything this pandemic era has taught me, it's that time isn't slowing down.

I need to make a conscious effort to decelerate my daily pace.
I need to take more deep breaths.
I need to acknowledge the positives.
I need to get in touch with the people I care about.

In the words of Simon and Garfunkel, "You've got to make the moment last."
