A real great plate of Mac and cheese mixture with boerewors😄😋

What is nice? Cheese are nice. Specially cheese that are melted in the oven. And there are so many kinds of cheese. U get blue cheese cheddar cheese and so much more. I only used the one cheese on this nice and delicious meal.

Well let me start.

Good day ladies and gentlemen. 😄👋
How are everyone on this beautiful day that God created.

I am going to share with you guys my nice plane macaroni and boerewors di with cheese😄🧀

What you need for this lovely dish are
•1 onion
• green pepper
• 1 and a half cup of macaroni
• little bit of tomato sauce
• little bit of milk
• boerewors
• Salt and pepper/spice of your choice

METHODS

Took one onion cut it in to pieces. Or just the way you like.

I cut the Green peppers also into pieces.

Now for the boerewors I took a half of packet of the sausages 3 long pieces of the sausages and cut it up in round balls.

I started with the macaroni, I add some water to a pot and some salt.

I took about 1 and a half of cups of macaroni add it the water on the stove.

Now to start with the boerewors dish, I add a table spoon of oil to a pan. Add the onion and green peppers to fry.

Then add the boerewors balls together and fry.

When the macaroni was done I rinsed it with cold water.

Now I add some spices for flavor to the Mixture.

After the boerewors was little bit done I add a little bit of milk and a little bit of tomato sauce and let it cook.

Now for the cheeeessseeee🧀🤭😄😋I took a piece of cheese and grater it on the fine side. I always use the fine side it's much more though.

I use a glass bowl and took some butter and rub it gently. Then I switched on the oven on 150°c

Well everything was done and now I add the macaroni and boerewors together in that bowl.

I add the nice cheese on the nice delicious macaroni and boerewors.

After about half an hour I took it out and it was ready to serve.

This was a very nice dish.
