A plain quick dinner 🥚🥚🥚🍞🍳🍳🍳with bread and eggs and some chilly sausage.

Hi all. 👋

This whole weekend was just an relaxing weekend. We were just chilling. My son are visiting his grandparents until next weekend. So it was just me and my Husband. So he worked on Saturday until 5 pm and we just relaxed when he came from work.

We decided not to make a big fuss about cooking that night. We to make some fried eggs and some nice chilli sausages.

First we made was the sausages in a pan with a little bit of water.

While I waited for the sausages to cook I took 2⃣ slices of bread, spread some butter on it.

As you can see is that we like cheese? I mean who doesn't like cheese? I think I said that before though 😮😋🤭But anyway I took a piece of cheese and grater it, I like to use the fine side of the grater, you get more cheese out.

Back to the sausages the water was finished in the pan and then we just fried it until it was brown and done.

After the sausages was done I took it out of the pan and then I took 4️⃣eggs add it to the pan that we fried the sausages in, our South Africans like the taste of the sauce that are done in the pan. So while the eggs was busy frying I add some salt and pepper on the eggs.

The sausages was done my bread was done I added some cheese on my bread.

Then I add my eggs almost was a flop again, I don't aff an egg spatula..... So that was our dinner for Saturday night 😄

On Sunday we had an afternoon braai. But I will share that for my next post.🙃
