What are some ways steemians can do to promote musing.io and attract more users?

I think that the best approach would be to wait until HF20 is implemented. This will happen towards the end of September.

HF20 will allow easier creation of new accounts. It will use Resource Credits rather than Steem Power delegation. At this point Musing could start to onboard users through its own sign-up process.

Under this approach Musing could start to target users outside of Steemit. This could involve targeted advertising of users that specialise in Q&A rather than the blogging or video content creators found on Steemit. 

Existing users could get involved in spreading this process to a wider audience by posting the advert and sign-up link to their twitter or other social media.

Musing could also consider a sign-up incentive to existing Musing contributors who onboard new users. If those new users produce good questions and answers then the original user could receive a portion of those rewards for a limited time.
