Do you believe in the efficacy of zodiac sign projections; Why Yes or No?

No, they are fun but for me they are not something to be taken seriously. 

A few reasons why:

• The earth has shifted on its axis since the invention of zodiac signs nearly 3000 years ago. As such the dates associated with the signs no longer line up with the period the sun in the constellations. The difference is about a month.
• The sun actually spends different amounts of time in each constellation, rather than the equal amount originally allocated.
• There are actually thirteen constellations, not twelve.

I think that there could potentially be personality differences based on when a child is born: 

• Winter children and summer children for example, due to different experiences at a very young age.
• Or differences due to being born near the start of the school year - such children may be more confident due to being up to a year older than their class mates.

However star signs and projections are not scientific so not something I believe in.
