The Lounger – Week #07

This series is for helping me to do more this year. My experience shows that publicity incentivize achievements through encouragement and guilt. I make a post every week about what I've done in the last calendar week.

Steem

Sorry for all of you who have counted on me in anything, but I couldn't do a single thing in this week for Steem, and the next one won't be much different as it seems so far.
(I have to rebuild my virtual work environment and catch up things that I've missed.)

Life

• This week has showed me that maybe I'm not a god so I have to spend more time with rest and recreation
• Changed my operating system
  I had problems with my OS and the machine as well, but I could only change the OS this time. It's consumed my whole week. I wanted to chose a policy for long term, not just for this laptop, and I did. Meanwhile I've tried/tested 5 OSs.
• Changed my browser
  Same as the OS: had too many problems, have too little time to be a Robin Hood.

Summary

I didn't think those changes will take so much time, and usually they don't. However, as you may know, #bugsfindme, and they cost time. With the new setup, I hope I can concentrate more on the projects where I search bugs directly, not where I meet them accidentally.

I have to take care of my health better, if I want to live forever, so I have to miss the "full steem ahead" part in the future. Maybe I could solve this with less steam, more efficiency. :wink:
