I really like the photos and they do not look like you are a novice at all :) I also like taking photos of nature and in my taste nature can be muuuuuuch more beautiful than architecture, streets or ordinary people :)

Picking a good time of the day (even if its just a coincidence ^^) is a skill many other photographers do not have. I strongly believe that you will be able to edit on a future phone some day :) I think it is even better to keep it simple and work with what you have to learn skills other people don't have because they use editing too often. Finding/Generating good contrast in camera can make photos become way more alive and feel 1000% more authentic than contrast added in the editing. I think you did a great job with that already!
