Newest Member and Voting through the lows

@solominer has graciously delegated 1,000 SP!!! He is our highest ranking member other than us the creators. He now stands in the Prince position and will receive $0.40 per day!

Which brings me to my next topic.

Obviously the price of steem is not in it's happiest place right now so our Max 100% upvote is only $0.12. Until the price bounces back we will ensure everyone reaches their max daily votes. As of right now this only applies to @solominer @entrepreneur916 and @bunnymoney.
