Changed the way vault works, rather than giving you a fixed 5 max unclaimed denar per level, it now gives you 5% of the total denar you have spent leveling it.

The unclaimed Denars of this kingdom have been fixed at 5.5 units, stopped. More spending is seen than 110 Denars. What is the reason for this?
