this is the same scam as @fiftysats and probably the same person. Once he realizes he's been found out he will probably start up another vote farming account and use all the stolen keys from @steemangineteam. I found it helpful to use the reports by @arcange to find obvious vote farmers by seeing who has an abnormal amount of votes. Thank you for finally addressing this account as I have been trying to bring attention to this one after you guys successfully shut down @fiftysats
