EXCLUSIVE FOR ECENCY 😊
"Spiritual Pioneer – Sydney Banks, realized the Three Universal Principles: Mind, Consciousness, and Thought, which are the formless elements that form all experience into reality." Excerpt from article, "Introduction to the Three Principles." https://ericzuniga.com/introduction-to-the-3-principles/
I began providing counseling and advocacy in 1983 as a volunteer advocate for the incarcerated population. Since, I worked as a geriatric activity provider, clinician for rehabilitation, manager of a public wellness center, and public speaker. The road - both professionally and personally had more ruts than I could have imagined.
Here is an excerpt from the "3P Emergence" article: "The introspection reached a profound expansion of awareness. It leaped beyond the 3P view. It became clear to Eric, the 3P way only led to the spiritual doorway. Walking the path through it with deliberation was a matter of readiness." After my studies in various modalities such as marriage, child, and family counseling, crisis intervention, addictions, trauma, Domestic Violence (DV), and art therapy, I realized that the most I could offer anyone are guidance. Even with degrees and certifications, such as the ACEs Certification, accredited by the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine in 2020, I am a person who supports healing and well-being as a person to person. It begins with readiness.
Psychologists, educators, and life coaches who expound upon the 3 Principles all have a different way of guiding. My approach uses many metaphors.
Here, at Ecency, I wish to answer questions about 3P and share my experience. Especially, how it differs from traditional Western and Eastern medicine and philosophy.
So, if you think you have tried everything in your quest for answers, give me an opportunity to chat and it might be a route unseen before. 💜
Syd’s Story
Syd Banks recollected that he explained the problems that he had in marriage with the psychologist. As a result, the psychologist stated, “that’s not real – those are just your thoughts.”
That very evening, Syd had a profound awakening about the power of thought within the conscious mind. “It’s not what you think – it’s that you think.” Sydney Banks
Consciousness as a principle differs from viewing it as a theory of psychology or philosophy. It is about understanding, rather than behaviors or treatment. It is similar to the saying, "Doctor Heal Thyself."
Every person has insight and wisdom. When it is "activated," well-being emerges! It is that simple.
If you have questions or would like to share your experience about the 3P - just check in with me and I am happy to write on a topic that is of your interest! 🌏
Special Note: Sydney Banks is the founder of the Three Principles movement, which initially inspired several friends, psychologists, and a prominent sociologist to bring his teachings to practice. 3 Principles Practitioners are worldwide, practicing from a spiritual pathway that translates into an evidence-based foundation.
