Battlefield V continues to grow with various expansions and, after receiving the Wake Island map last December, DICE continues and prepares the details of a new expansion entitled Into the Jungle. And through the Twitter account they have already started the countdown to the presentation of this leaving as a preview a first images.

ACCESS A NEW SHORT-DISTANCE COMBAT MAP

Danger and opportunities are ubiquitous. Fight a short distance in the middle of the Solomon Islands jungle, with the uncertainty of not knowing what awaits you downstream, in the gloomy mangroves or in hidden bunkers. It collaborates in the attack of the Americans or in the defense of the Japanese lines. In both cases, the terrain can be your best ally ... or your worst nightmare.

The rivers and swamps prevent the passage of infantry and tanks, but the most cunning soldiers will be able to take advantage of this blocking situation. Walk the narrow jungle trails and fight for control of the robust fortifications. Solomon Islands is designed to favor a very close type of infantry combat in the jungle, incorporating land and sea vehicle fighting into the equation. In a map of these characteristics, modes such as Advance have the opportunity to shine with their own light. The defenders can remain hidden and take advantage of the surrounding terrain to defend positions. The attackers, on the other hand, have various options: flanking, attacking with infantry or posing a frontal assault with landing craft.

• Misaki Yamashiro: The relentless Misaki possesses an ability beyond doubt for the assault. Despite his youth, his experience in tropical and jungle warfare scenarios is more than remarkable. Misaki is extremely efficient in the melee with his weapon, the machete of command. The way to unlock this elite soldier is very particular. You won't have to buy Misaki in the Armory, but raise your chapter rank and unlock it as if it were a chapter reward. Reach the rank of Chapter 40 before the end of Chapter 6 and get into the skin of this stubborn fighter.
• Steve Fisher: When Steve is not in the wake of an enemy fighter you can find him citing his favorite celluloid stars. Reckless and carefree pilot, he gives himself into combat as if he did not carry any risk. Steve has a habit of putting himself in disadvantaged situations, where he usually puts his melee weapon, the American fist, to good use.
• Akira Sakamoto: Young and enthusiastic. Although these are the main features of Akira, the truth is that he always does his job and follows the instructions until the last comma. Impossible not to find you in the right place at the right time if someone needs it. Zero's exceptional pilot, Akira has great ingenuity and superb reflexes. Among its arsenal is a modified flight lever that started from a wrecked aircraft and used as a deadly melee weapon.
