I feel your pain. These are some dire and desperate times. I want to point out that fighting does not have to be in the literal sense. Sometimes it is living courageously enough to stand behind your convictions, that or simply saying no when it feels like that's the right thing to do. Gandhi was an excellent example of exercising one's autonomy. It cost him dearly, but people tend to remember these things.
