I won't take anything away from what the guy in the video said because the true story of things is always a bit more complex and nuanced than we might imagine. However, it is also true that there is always more than one warring or competing faction, and we can ascribe myriads of different reasons and motives for quibbles between nation-states. In its most general form, when peoples go to war, often it has everything to do with one nation coveting what the other has. So in my mind, I can't distill all the world's evils down to this man's idea about insurance companies. That said—if it is true; that the Fed is the brainchild of insurance tycoons, then I think he's got a great point, and that did create a lot of the evil we see today.
