That's the idea. There is no spoon, only your mind. When you bend that, you are, in part, bending reality. We do this all day, every day, automatically. However, once you come to realize this fact, you can do it intentionally. That's when the fun begins! You can do it in the land of fiction or the desert of the real/unreal.
