I suppose we'll find out when Fauci gets charged with violating the Nuremberg code. If he's in cahoots with a foreign actor to wage biological war against the US, that could very well be treason, and I'm not sure if that'd be in the purview of the DOJ or a military tribunal. Perhaps someone like Prof. Francis Boyle would know more about that.
