Dwarfish Numerical Runes 0-3

So here we have our first Runes.

0, which has no defined name right at the moment is the baseline Rune. I will be figuring out what its proper name is out of the Dwarfish syntax. Until then, the only thing that is is important is to know that this symbol means zero.
