I have to be honest when I say I'm not sure. We rarely drove past that spot until the last month of school when I had to run some errands and passed it. I looked it up and noticed it's supposed to be a small market but it wasn't clear if it's new. I guess it is but it's also possible they just haven't found many people willing to sell there.

I'm going to check it again soon although it's very likely that it remains a bit quiet during summer.. many things are on hold in August here..
