Would you believe that they are still doing that in Budapest and here in Spain until this very day? I sometimes have a hard time breathing while walking uphill to our home without a mask, lol. Like sometimes at 40 degrees I'm about to faint! These people are voluntarily doing that with a mask. And jogging, stuff like that I can't believe it honestly. What's the point of doing something healthy if you are not allowing some fresh oxygen while doing so :)
