I got a notification from you but couldn't find it had to dig deep, haha. I think a DAO prop where it funded a bot that auto reversed via* community consensus on bad downvotes. This way, the stake is owned by no one; no one has to "step up" and dilute their stake for the sake of trying to do good. It should be easy to program. A person submits evidence to the community, community votes once the threshold is met the bot votes on the person's post.
