My thoughts are around ways people can submit evidence to the community, the community agrees its abuse, then from there action is taken in "x" way, exploring the x. I'm just being openminded about this as its a pretty radical new concept for me but I'm working through it. Sure if u have any ideas please share them, can share them in this thread.
