I agree. I wish I could do this full-time. HivePosh can reach a wider audience through platforms like Reddit or Threads while we still bring attention back to Hive, and I think that is a worthwhile direction to explore. I can see so many possibilities and things we can do.
The community tends to feel like we don't need people earning with content on Hive.
I see it differently. More people doesn't mean less value. By keeping the ecosystem moving, we get more participation and attract great creators too, those creators add value to Hive. Hive needs organic growth through valuable content, not incentives alone, so rewarding content creators fairly is very important. They feel valued, they will keep creating, and they will stay, this allow us to continue building the community.
Evergreen content is what we need to give extra importance to. It will do well for Hive in the long term and continuously bring new users, especially if it is shared outside of Hive.
Let's hope for the best.
