Wow, that's good, and I bet it must have improved your mood too. I've been on a carnivore diet for a couple of years, and then I felt I needed micronutrients from greens, so I moved to a ketovore approach. The most amazing thing I experienced without carbs was the mental sharpness and steady energy. I never felt tired, and I felt fully awake and active as soon as I got up. I really enjoy the feeling of being in ketosis, and it can also make you quite lean. You can literally feel stronger, and it may even improve your gait.
Although it does contradict my hobbies, like baking bread and cakes, I still make them for others who enjoy them and get tempted sometimes. I make sure to get enough protein. If you're on a zero-carb diet, you also need to manage electrolytes (sodium, potassium, and magnesium) carefully (you can get capsules or powder without unnecessary additives or bulking agents, which some people avoid for kidney health). Otherwise, it can help to include a small amount of healthy carbs so your insulin doesn't become too sluggish.
When you don't eat carbs, blood sugar stays very low, and insulin behaves differently. Insulin helps move sugar (including from carbs) where it needs to go, and it also helps regulate electrolytes. When insulin is low, it can also affect electrolyte balance; you may notice increased urination (and with it, electrolyte loss). Since electrolytes are essential for muscles, including the heart, to function properly, supplementation is important on a zero-carb diet. It's a bit long, but I wanted to share from my own experience. :)
