Empty Dialog Window Appears with Non-Functional Buttons when Tapping + Icon

Expected Behavior

User is taken directly to the App list when Tapping the + icon in the lower right.

Actual Behavior

An empty dialog window with non-working buttons appears briefly when Tapping the + icon in the lower right before being taken to the App list.

How to Reproduce

1. Launch Simpler App Launcher 3.1.1 on Android 8.1.0
2. Tap the + icon in lower right
