Created File Does Not Display a Modified Date

Expected Behavior

Creating a new file and then viewing its properties shows the Last Modified date.

Actual Behavior

Creating a new file and then viewing its properties shows a blank entry for Last Modified date. Viewing the same file in another File Manager App shows the file does have a value to display.

How to Reproduce

1. Launch File Manager 3.2.0 on Android 8.1.0
2. Browse to an empty Folder
3. Tap the + icon in lower right
4. Enter a name
5. Tap File
6. Tap OK
7. Tap and Hold the file to Select
8. Tap the (i) icon in the upper right
9. View Last Modified
