Choosing Root from Empty Folder Does Nothing

Expected Behavior

Tapping on Root when in an Empty Folder takes User to the Root Directory.

Actual Behavior

Tapping on Root when in an Empty Folder does nothing.

How to Reproduce

1. Launch File Manager 3.2.0 on Android 8.1.0
2. Navigate to an Empty Directory
3. Tap Internal in the Upper Left
4. Tap Root on Select Storage window
