It's quite easy you just need to login using Steemconnect and Buy or Sell any crypto you want...If you wanna Buy in the Buy section you will see people willing to Sell their Btc/Eth/Ltc and many other cryptos in exchange of Steem or any crypto and If you wanna Sell you can put your own listing on the site that will attract people to buy from you isn't that easy?
How many Types of Crypto does SwapSteem Support?
SwapSteem currently supports major crypto exchanges like BTC,ETH,LTC,STEEM,XRP,XMR,DOGE and many more..It also supports Steem-Engine, ERC20, EOS20 Based tokens that can be exchanged for Other Cryptos
