This is a good article. I'm glad you wrote it. I'm also glad you're so high on Steemit. But IMO this post paints a lot rosier picture than the reality where most of us live. The fact that I'm unwilling to provide details in public is another piece of the puzzle. If someone does take you up on your offer -- and contacts you in private about joining, I hope you'll be totally forthcoming. There are reasons why we have an 8% retention rate ... and even veterans are leaving.
