I should try not to make this a thing, but here I am again posting for yesterday instead of today. So ... yesterday I did a LOT of walking. I went to immigration and got my tourist visa extended, I think at the end of this I'm going to take a break from my nomadic life for a couple months and head home to South Carolina. Not sure but we'll see.
Everything went fine with immigration, except I did get a stern talking to by the security guard who was in charge of handing back our passports. I thought I was supposed to leave and come back in the aftertoon, but I was actually supposed to stay.
So while I was waiting I walked up and down the beach area nearby the immigration office, and stopped at a coffee shop and got a HUGE coffee. When they said small or big, they meant BIG. All was good. I sat there for two hours and played on my phone and waited. I passed a very interesting car smeared with mud and decorated with bananas and a trail of flowers.
I also passed some squirrels that I never see anywhere else that I’ve been in Thailand I’m sure that’s just cause I hang in cities but I really love these guys. They are so much more colorful then the boring grey squirrels that are everywhere in America.
After that I went home and back to my room, and took a very nice nap. Left to the coffee shop down the street and drank a sprite. From there my tongue couldn't take it anymore and demanded I finally get pizza. Ya'll seriously, I have been wanting a single pizza ever since probably June of last year. I've thought about it numerous times, but always put it off. I decided this was to celebrate my final extension of the tourist visa. I also planned on checking out the movie Everything Everywhere All At Once on a streaming site I know about. I only lasted to the thirty minute mark of the movie though, it didn't draw me in very much and the streaming kept buffering like crazy, so I just gave up. But the Dominos PIzza was delicious. I was in mouth heaven.
