With the corporate bond market having little confidence in companies ability to pay, akin to that of the lack of confidence in the EM countries ability to pay their sovereign debt in the current EM carnage, why do the equities investors see something different? I don't think it's the creative accounting earnings reports that have somehow now become generally accepted.
