I have been searching all over for free Ethereum, so that I could have seed money to support my burgeoning CryptoKitties habit and this is one of the best sites that I could find so far:

There are a few reasons I like this website. First, it is free to sign up. It is so easy that you don't even have to sign up. You just enter in your wallet address and you start mining ETH.
A second reason is the ease of use. You don't have to come back to the page and collect every five minutes. Once you start your account you get 0.003 ETH per day and you get a payout at 0.01. You also don't have to keep entering CAPTCHAs or click the I'm a human button. You just collect every time you reach payout, so it is less time-consuming. Again Here is my referral link:
I get a bonus for anybody that I refer. You will also get a bonus if you refer people. If you have any comments please let me know. If you see something that is sketchy just send me a comment and I can address it. Please give me an opportunity to resolve it directly rather than flagging me.
Lastly, please send me links to other websites like this, so that I can get more ETH. If you know of easier ways to get free CryptoKitties that would be useful as well.
