The 7 Chakras represent physical components of the body. There are three upper body Chakras, three lower body Chakras, and connecting all of them together is what is called the Heart Chakra
Anahata Chakra is more commonly known as the Heart Chakra. The literal Sanskrit translation of "anahata" is "unhurt, unstuck, or unbeaten." The Heart Chakra is perfectly situated in the middle of your body, balancing the world of matter (lower three chakras) with the world of spirit (upper three chakras).
When your heart chakra is open, you are flowing with love and compassion, you are quick to forgive, and you accept others and yourself. A closed heart chakra can give way to grief, anger, jealousy, fear of betrayal, and hatred toward yourself and others.
