Simplistic mantras about "sharing" are terrible modes of philosophy.

Sharing is something that must be done voluntarily, else, it becomes a conflict over scarce resources where people cannot be secure in their property. It may seem silly - but this very thing is exactly what people engage in when they beg the government to take from others and force sharing.
