"Decolonize the World" and "No Human is Illegal" are contradictions.

When they talk about "decolonizing the world," they don't mean reversing the effects of colonial expansion if it was done by the the Ottoman Empire, the Mongol Empire, or the Empire of Japan.

It's chiefly about trying to end all Western influence. "No Human Illegal" doesn't apply to Europeans in the Marxist worldview.
