Perhaps there is no "master plan" either human or non-human. Perhaps it's all random events, and there is no "What is going on here?" to discover.

Perhaps many or most of the government boots stamping on a human face forever problems are simply the symptoms institutional organisms trying to survive... similar to the story line of The Cube.

Perhaps the grinding wheels of the Injustice System are free wheeling and are used because that's what the people employed in the system do each day.
