sorry for the late reply - was just looking back at my posts (which I thought I had already replied to but hadnt) - about the stock, they have come out and said it was a clerical errors lol - that is what they are saying. About carrying the ladder - there is more video that has come out that showed, that the secret service, police, etc., had a full view of the roof just beside them from the building - which means, that the shooter would have been in full view of the law enforcement lol who were inside the building - they just needed to look out the window - - pictures below from the video, which I will play in my next video if I remember:
