Yeah, it will be interesting to see how it plays out. What evidence comes out. Brand will probably go back to making his normal videos - in time things will no doubt become clearer. About the trans person - I honestly think that person, as with many, probably are not so much trans as have personality disorders such as narcissism - so it does not surprise me how they talk and cannot see what hypocrites they are.
