Yeah, it could be done because of involvement with people overseas - however, I would reply - in regarding justification for a blackout - that you are talking about people walking through the location - that is not what is happening - people are not allowed to take photos. From a distance. They have their internet cut - and these are people that live there. They can't get their own stories out. That is the stories of the people that live there. Apart from that, to backtrack to the idea of overseas - yes, totally - I mean, that is the problem with war. That is why I am against it. People think just because you fund a war there is no blow-back. Everything you see could be blow-back - train derailments etc., all of it.
