I had never heard that phrase before until you said it "Autarchy" but yeah, that would suit me as well - I believe in self empowerment/governance / liberty of the individual- however, I also think that as a group, when this is practised in mass a type of wisdom of the crowds would manifest - and I don't mean if you have a bunch of people with metal disorders like you see in CHAD i.e., outlines - but if you have the sway of many practising it via a natural distribution then a wisdom through shared information would emerge - humans naturally want to share meaningful information with others that help them, because most humans are kind and caring and want to lowers suffering in their community - it is the system and removal from their natural environment that turns them against their nature - it is when the people are not in touch with their community and are treated like rats in a cage where centralised systems emerge - I think this comes down to lack of room, and lack of a feeling of a real community. Humans start to develop danger traits and act accordingly to plot to deprive others of what they have via conspiracy. I am not saying evil does not exist, it does, but it is also manifested by trying to push round organic models into triangular artificial holes via a might is right scenario.

I think the future can be bright for us in a lot of ways because technology can get rid of the "specialist admins" where power tends to sooner or later concentrate -
