About deep fakes - that is really going to be a massive problem in the future - I have no doubt that the rightful concern people have will be channelled towards Gov sources - people will be taught to dismiss any footage that comes from anywhere but that sanctioned by the Gov or likewise "authoritative source" or "trusted source" - i.e., all protest footage, leaked footage, or whatever will all be "not to be trusted at all"- there are of course clear problems with that, and it will lead to more centralised information - meanwhile, they will be using the deep fake tech themselves LOL - at least they will probably be able to fake better footage than they have in the past that does not have as much greenscreen spill!
