Regarding the cartels/CIA, it is crazy when I think about how insanely large it must be - I mean, the op is so large that it seems to be everywhere. You wonder if anyone one can really be in control of something that large or if it has become something that just runs on auto now, with every system being dependent on another system that is part of it.

About Tuskegee, yeah most of that stuff never really ended, I agree. In fact, you hear about their experiments every so often - but they just say it was a "mistake" - it is amazing what they getaway with under the "cover of incompetence" - I think soon what is going to happen, when the level of tech outstrips the ability to control it - there will only be a shift in control - they are trying to control speech now, but the information moves so fast that I think its hard for them to mount successful defences against it - they are outstripped just in terms of human resources - my only hope is free flowing information will start to right this train wreak - although we are headed to the cliff pretty fast now.
