yeah, those were not the cakes I made haha - im not a very good cook, i kind of just do pretty basic things - for the cakes I steamed potatoes until they were soft, then just mashed them up and added some corned beef, some salt, and that was it and just put it into a pan with some olive oil and fried it - but they came out soggy like mash potato because like I said, im not a good cook - however, i enjoyed them.
