I think much more is coming in the long run - sadly with the excess deaths expected from a proportion of the population sadly, by the 2021-22 experimental medical treatment, I think a lot of houses/land will come on the market. Its sad to think about - but in the next five years, I think that will be the case. We already are seeing housing prices fall in new Zealand - but I guess at the moment, those are because of other factors.
