Yeah i saw that they were saying that about bird flu a few times - seem to be doing that all over as well - maybe there is an outbreak or they are using it as an excuse, I don't really know. But thanks for pointing that out. About the virus being released that way, you could be right about that - targeted use is much more effective - I think we were luckily that those "insets" in the virus unwound alright - thanks for the comment!
