Yeah this one is a weird one - seems like a message to someone else, or maybe its all public - i don't know - but seems like a message like you said. I guess the quick track to getting promoted - is get 911 footage (what are the changes, just one big coincidence) - maybe a lot more is going on here than we can see - thanks!
