Vault 7, was about 1% of the leak, according to Wikileaks, I think that is probably a large part of what we are seeing here - 1% is not that much, of something far larger - I think a lot of things probably seem strange at the moment, but that is because things are up in the air. Soon they will start to fall, and that is when things might get interesting. These are just my wild speculations.
