Google banned Statistics Professor from Google, without explanation

Even with the new mass censorship in full operation, the question still remains why Google banned a statistics Professor. Although Salil Mehta’s account has now been restored, after an internet outcry, it does show just how fragile we have become on Google; the Professor’s Gmail account, his blog, and everything he had with Google was shutdown, for reasons they have not yet explained. Making Google not only the face of mass censorship, but also unpredictable for anyone wishing to create a long term social or business platform.
