Hello & Namaste!

Yesterday I went to visit Ayodhya with my family, here we went to a temple. This temple was not very big, but it was beautiful.
I do not know the name of that temple. But we have a custom here in which children are shaved after coming to this temple when they are 3 years old.

There is a statue of two lions outside this temple which is of golden color and is very beautiful to see.

There is also a small pond in this temple, around which there are platforms and there are big steps to reach the pond.

And on the banks of this pond, the hair of small children is cut, and those hairs are put in this pond.

In this temple, mainly white stone idols of Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Brahma have been made.

These idols are dressed in red and pink colors and garlands made of rose and marigold flowers.

Apart from this, there is also an idol of Hanuman ji, which is completely covered with vermilion. People come to him and bow their heads and light the lamp.

There is also a temple of Shani Dev, people worship him and offer mustard oil.

There is also a Shivling here, which is made of brass and black stone. Here the idol of Lord Ganesha and Mata Parvati is made of white colored stone, along with the idol of Nandi bull has also been made.

There I also saw many monkeys, who were roaming here and there.

The place was very beautiful and serene, so I loved it. I hope I get a chance to go there again.
