Sorry for not posting for about 2 days, but, the thing is, inspiration hit me these days. It hit me HARD, so expect quite a few paintings to come after this one, and most likely with related poems too :). As for this piece, it's something clearly inspired by "Swan Lake" and also the movie of the same name.
"Black Swan"
Its theme is the search for the truth and how hard it is to tell apart Black (Bad) from White (Good) sometimes, and if we look hard enough, we may find something that may turn our opinion completely on its head. Its also about imperfection, since there's a certain amount of good and evil in all of us, even if evil is only there in a small proportion in some people, it still has its ground. (Notice that the girl's head and the one of the swan emerging from her are almost symmetrical).
