I took these photos during a quiet walk after dinner. The moon hung behind drifting clouds, only partially visible, yet bright enough to bathe the entire sky in a soft, silvery glow.

ये तस्वीरें मैंने रात के खाने के बाद की एक शांत सैर के दौरान खींची थीं। चाँद बादलों की हल्की परतों के पीछे छिपा हुआ था। वह पूरा दिखाई नहीं दे रहा था, लेकिन उसकी चाँदनी इतनी उजली थी कि पूरे आसमान पर चाँदी-सी नरम रोशनी बिखर गई थी।

We were walking along a path lined with tall pine trees, their silhouettes swaying gently against the moonlit sky. It had rained earlier in the evening, so the air felt cool, fresh, and filled with the earthy scent that only comes after rain. The narrow paths were still wet, reflecting faint patches of moonlight with every step. Apart from the rustling of the pines and the occasional sound of water dripping from the branches, everything was wonderfully quiet.

हम चीड़ के ऊँचे-ऊँचे पेड़ों से घिरे एक शांत रास्ते पर चल रहे थे। पेड़ों की परछाइयाँ चाँदनी से भरे आसमान के नीचे हल्की हवा के साथ धीरे-धीरे झूम रही थीं। शाम को हुई बारिश की वजह से हवा ठंडी, ताज़ा और भीगी हुई मिट्टी की उस सुकून देने वाली खुशबू से भरी हुई थी, जो सिर्फ़ बारिश के बाद ही महसूस होती है। रास्ता अब भी गीला था और हर कदम के साथ उस पर चाँदनी की हल्की-सी चमक झिलमिला रही थी। चीड़ के पेड़ों की सरसराहट और पत्तों से टपकती पानी की बूँदों की आवाज़ के अलावा चारों ओर एक गहरा, सुकून भरा सन्नाटा पसरा हुआ था।
